  • I did not receive my password reset verification email.
    We are sorry to hear that you are having issues resetting your password. Please reach out to our support team at support@mechi.app and we will be happy to reset your account information for you.
  • What activities are currently supported?
    Mechi currently supports Soccer, Hiking and Volleyball as part of the initial rollout. If you are interested in hosting other activities or are looking for a new activity, drop us a note and let us know. We are actively working behind the scenes to start adding on additional activities.
  • How can I request to add a new activity to the Mechi app?
    We love hearing your ideas! To suggest a new activity, simply click the "Suggest Your Own Activity" button on the Update Activities tab. All suggestions are reviewed by the Mechi team, and the most popular requests (based on user interest) will be added to the app in future updates!
  • What if I can't find an event I like?
    Can't find something you like ? Why not host an event that meets your need? At Mechi we love to enable people to create their own events and the app is designed to streamline the entire event-hosting process for you. When you decide to host an event, simply click "Switch to Host" on the top of your Home screen to begin the process. From there, Mechi takes care of the legwork by suggesting potential venues and matching you with the perfect people for your event. This allows you to focus on the creative and organizational aspects of your event, without having to worry about the logistics of finding a venue or attendees.
  • How do I edit my availablity?
    Click on the profile icon on the top left corner of the screen to access your Personal Settings. Clicks on the Availabilities tab to view and edit your current availability.
  • How do I share feedback with the Mechi team?
    Please send us an email at support@mechi.app. We would love to hear your feedback and carefully review every message we get.
  • How much does Mechi cost to use?
    The app is free to download for all users.
  • What cities is Mechi available in?
    We're excited to bring Mechi to all 50 states! Our launch is happening in phases, so while we're not quite everywhere yet, we're starting in select cities. Right now, Mechi is available in the San Francisco Bay Area and San Diego. Stay tuned for updates on when Mechi will be coming to your area!
