What cities is Mechi available in?We're excited to bring Mechi to all 50 states! Our launch is happening in phases, so while we're not quite everywhere yet, we're starting in select cities. Right now, Mechi is available in the San Francisco Bay Area. Stay tuned for updates on when Mechi will be coming to your area!

How do I edit my availablity?Click on the profile icon on the top left corner of the screen to access your Personal Settings. Clicks on the Availabilities tab to view and edit your current availability.

Can I block another user or flag them for inappropriate activity?On Mechi, users have control over who can send them direct messages. Any member can block another member. To block another user, click on their profile and select the option to "Block User". Once a user is blocker, their account is flagged for review by the Mechi team. Any existing direct message conversation is greyed out when blocked, and no new direct message conversation can be initiated.

How do I delete my account?To delete your account: 1. Navigate to the Settings menu by clicking on your Profile Picture in the top left corner 2. Scroll down to the Delete Account button and click it 3. A popup will appear asking you to confirm Account Deletion. Press "Delete Account" if you would like to proceed.
